The Spirit of Mezcal

Since the dawn of time, Mezcal has been an essential part of Mexican culture and tradition. In ancient lore, Mezcal is believed to have been created by the GODS of the indigenous people of Mexico, and this distilled juice of the agave plant was used in their religious ceremonies. In pre-Colombian times, mezcal was used not only as a ceremonial drink but also for medicinal purposes.

The Black Panther

The black panther, a melanistic variant of the Jaguar, has significant heritage and mythological significance across various cultures and regions. For centuries, it has represented a powerful symbol of mystery, strength, and transformation. In Latin America, especially in ancient times, the black panther was revered as a sacred animal with spiritual energy, power, mystery, stealth, strength, and protection. We have taken those qualities and instilled our passion for ensuring those qualities are embodied in each bottle of Michu Mezcal.

THE CLEANEST SPIRIT ON EARTH

Michu mezcal is the cleanest spirit on the market due to its traditional production process since containing only 100% agave with no additives or preservatives by law. Michu has tasting notes of citrus, green tones, earthiness and smoke... an exotic mixture that goes easy on the palate and is smooth throughout. Sip Michu by itself with “sal de gusano” and an orange slice, or mix it in your favorite drink. Before you know it, you will be saying, “Michu, Michu, Michu,” the same way the indigenous population in the region calls for their kitties. Who knows who you will attract?
