Michu Flower Martini

Michu Flower Martini is a refreshing and floral cocktail

Ingredients:

• 0.8 fl oz. Mezcal Michu
• 0.8 fl oz. Edelflower Liquour
• 0.8 fl oz. honey simple syrup
• Mineral Soda Water

Instructions:

1. Pour Michu, Edelflower liquor and honey simple syrup into a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds, the tin portion of your shaker should be nice and cold.
3. Strain into a nice chilled glass and top it off with mineral soda water.
4. Garnish with edible flowers.
